Twitter keyword scrape + chrome extension + bot?

Hi, is there a twitter keyword scraper that can scrape accounts who use a specific sex (male or female), keyword, hashtag or even emoji.

Even if the account have the keyword, emoji or hashtag in their bio or in the name and they recently tweeted anything the scrape should still scrape them.

The scraper should be able to skip previous scraped accounts.

Add all accounts into a list where the profile images, bio, following & follower counts are visible so someone can do quality control and remove bad accounts.

After the quality control is done manually add those accounts to a list to be followed.

Is there a twitter tool or chrome extensions that does something like this or similar?

P.S. the most important part is the quality control feature.

The twitter username search endpoint returns from username and bio IIRC. Although I am not sure if it works with emojis (never tested). If not, maybe google can help there, limit your search with inurl:... site:... queries and include the emoji.

As for gender, I do not believe twitter provides this information, you have to use a male / female name file to map first names to known male / female names. It can work ok, but relies on the profile entering their actual name, which as twitter doesn't enforce does mean you will miss a lot of results. For this you would need a bot with a male / female filter option

All decent bots should give you the option to output your searches as a CSV
