Twitter, if we don't have followers, can others still see my tweets?

    May be this may not be correct section to post, but I dont have priviledge to post what I think it's the appropriate place.

    Anyway

    Twitter, if we don't have any followers, can others still see my tweets? (except putting hashtags or people found my tweets by searching around)

    If that's the case, then it's not so much point to tweet until we get more followers, isn't it?

    you are nowhere to be seen. once you get followers, your tweets will show up in their newsfeed and they may retweet, etc....so yeah, use a list, your website, or whatever tool you may find here, to get a few hundreds followers. you can still tweet, so your profile does not look naked when first visitors arrive

    If you are using hashtags its possible for people to see your tweet but its best to have followers. And why you should tweet if you don't have any friend is when someone will try to follow you will see your feed first, if your profile looks like dead they will probably skip you.
