Twitter id scraper or lists

does anyone know a good program to gather ids? or have any lists handy? i want to scrape celeb profiles

also does anyone know if Birdy adder uses the twitter api? i was thinking about using for tweeting on hundreds of accounts using the chaining feature and wanted to know if this software will get the accounts suspended
