twitter - how many follow back?

I'm only getting 1/10 (I got my profile filled out) but some people are reporting 9/10. How is this possible? Should I buy 5k twitter followers to seem more legit? I'm using tweepi if that matters.

1) 9/10 on Twitter is total bullshit.

2) 1/10 is awesome nowadays. If your account will get ghosted, your stats will be something like 1/500 - 5/500

3) "I got my profile filled out" means nothing. Niche, account age, how it's profiled, pics, color, links, your tweets, amount of followers, amount of followings - all this stuff matters.

Hi. With Tweepi i get from 5 to 10% follow back with legits accounts.
