Twitter ghosthing

my twitter acc is ghosted too, when I follow someone they don't get e notification, I don't know if they get a notification when I like their tweets cause I haven't tried it but I will, is there sth we can do to fix this? do you think that if I deactivate my acc for e few days the problem will be solved?

I didn't know what he meant but I gather from the description is that his account functions are not seen by other users

The people you follow won't get notifications of your follow, that's what he meant and wrote above. Apart from this there is another type of ghosting on Twitter, when your tweets getting excluded from Twitter search because of TOS violation.

Try on more than one account, if it still happens wait for a few days and then try.
