Twitter Friend Adder Pro Alternative

i know this program rocks
so let's get to the point

what i want is a program that will let me
1. send direct messages to all of my followers, and
2. proxy support for adding friends,
3. being able to manage thousands and thousands of accounts.
4. unfollow those who do not follow you

feature 1,2,and 4 must be able to rotate, just like twitter friend adder pro.
i think for now this are the features that i really need from twitter friend adder pro
the price tag kinda heavy

any good recommendations?
