Twitter Followers to other Social Networks... What works well?

OK, so let's say you have a Twitter account with 2+ million followers.

In your experience, what's the easiest Social Networking site that Twitter followers will follow/like/join you on?

I've tried Twitter > Facebook and it's not worked well at all. As well of course that now Facebook's reach has been throttled so much, it's hardly worth spending time on promoting.

I haven't actually - I've not used Instagram at all really.

Can Instagram be ran over a laptop/PC instead of only via phone?

Yes you need to download "bluestacks" and then you can run it on your pc.

Try to bring them to Google +.

Yeah, I've got one account close to 1 million and about 50 others which total about 1.5 million.

I've never really dabbled with Google+ Does it help a lot with Google search engine rankings with the social signals?
