Twitter followers/ DM new followers

hello
I need website or some kind of tool which will grow my twitter targeted followers with different methods
for example ( with competitors followers, keyword search) and also i need tool which will send direct messages to new followers.
i searched many websites for example: Crowdfire, TweetManager and others but everyone is saying that Twitter changed it's policy so this tools are not available.
can someone help ?

I haven't used myself and am not affiliated with them in anyway but check out followliker. Also use search feature in top corner of blackhatworld to get answers.
