Yeah I'm going to try a few different things. I'm going to try some tools that HoNeYBiRD suggested and I'm going to but a longer delay when following and leave it overnight. Hopefully it'll be all goodI'm getting the same thing, I've set between 1min and 1.5min between follow/unfollow and still getting locked out, maybe we need to go much much slower?
Nah, the delay is ok, it's already more than needed. When you start following, you'll be asked to change your password on day 1 (via email or SMS), when you did that, you'll be able to follow again, then on day 2 if you keep following, you'll be asked to phone verify, when you do that, you'll be able to follow again, then on day 3 you'll be asked to re-verify and after that the account can be used normally and you won't be asked to verify it again, at least this is my experience lately.I'm getting the same thing, I've set between 1min and 1.5min between follow/unfollow and still getting locked out, maybe we need to go much much slower?

I'm also experimenting with delays, now i'm using this:
follow: 15-30 sec
unfollow: 2-10 sec
and i don't get any locks.
If you weren't asked to change the password, then don't change it, that's just what usually happens. The 5 second delay for following is too low, increase the minimum a bit, 15 is safe, not sure about 10, i haven't tried that yet. Last time when i was using 2-10 sec delays for following, i was outright suspended. lolOkay great, thanks for the info, I'll try these rates tomorrow. It happened yesterday when i was unfollowing every 5 seconds, and today while i was following every 5-25 seconds, I wasn't asked to change my password either day, just too verify by SMS. This might explain why I was locked out again so quickly as they think my account is in the hands of a spammer. Should I manually change my password or wait for your 3-day method?

Have you already phone verified your account and performed 2-3 re-verify requests? I'm just asking, because giving it a second thought, i haven't tried lower than 15 sec delays recently. I'm thinking when an account gets unlocked for good (after 2-3 re-verify requests), it gets more trusted, so the limits get lifted/loosened, you can follow with very short delays and that's why you didn't get locked. It's just a theory of course, but i can't really explain it with anything else.I just followed 800+ accounts within 5 minutes and hit the daily follow limit. Still account didn't get locked though.
