Thats google new "real-time search" thats part of the new caffeine algo they will be rolling out after xmas.

From memory, Google paid twitter $10 million for a real time stream of tweets to be included in the google index.

google has now added "time" as a major factor in the indexing algo. The default setting for a google search is to return queries within the "Any time" context. If you go to google and click on the "show options" button just below the search query form...you will discover in the left hand options column 6 different "time" options to filter your search queries.

If you click the "lastest" option you can watch your stuff been indexed in real time. try doing a search now using the "latest" time option for a tweet you do from one of your accounts. include a keyword twice that matchs the search you have entered into google & use a "#" infront of example of the keyword :)
