I'm seeing a lot of Twitter accounts saying something like 'Retweet and Follow this account to win X prize'. Some of them look like they could be legit, others are suspect.
Having a drawing for a prize is a great way to get a lot of followers fast, but is there anything binding you to choose a winner and give the prize? I'm thinking about doing something like this to mainly build an email list.
