90,000 followers, today 671 clicks, 1 conversion for a $1.40 email submit.

Seriously, is there any hope here? Do I need half a million followers to make this work??

Why would you send spammy offers out with an account with 90k followers? Use a new account that you don't care about with only a few followers and just reply/mention with your offers.

I would use that 90k account to start building a list, offer them free ebooks but have them opt in to get them.

c'mon guys, this isn't very helpful. Someone must have some real tips and don't say target the niche..everybody and their dog has a cell phone and thats the offer I was pushing.

Maybe you want to try this

i remember also this, there was a long thread dedicated to this method a few months back (I can't find it now tho), but besides OP not so many people was successful with the revtwt + CPA venture

i guess most of the people who tried that failed because:
1. they're failed to select the appropriate offer(s)
2. they weren't able to write eye-catching tweet(s)
3. they couldn't set up correctly how much they want to pay for a tweet, coz it also counts, especially if you have a tight budget

it's also seems to be a good method what erroronline14 linked, but somehow i have the feeling, there's more money in the revtwt + CPA combo, if you can do it right

The accounts were created by hand over a period of 5 months so I have a pretty good feeling most are real profiles.

Another day, another complete twitter fail. 540 clicks, no conversions on free apple ipad email submit. Who the frack are these fools in my accounts!!! They don't do anything!!

Heh.. Did you add them randomly or through a keyword search? :)

Only focused on getting U.S. followers, but the offers I am pushing are very generic and should interest a wide range of people.

Also remember that some email/submit offers are only good for certain countries.

Sounds crazy, tygrus. You just redirect them direct to the offer or a landing page before?

Direct traffic right to the offer page via contextual link from maxbounty who allow social traffic to most of their email submit offers.

Give me some stats for that offer you pushed. If you have some from the network.
When i mean stats, i mean from all publishers.. If possible.

Seems very low all your stats for those 600 clicks.. :D

Dude, it needs to be a hungry targeted crowd. The Twitter account shouldn't be constantly sending spam. I had a very very bad experience with Twitter.

So they are clicking but not interested? And its certainly not spam, I only send the offer out 2 times a day and the rest of my tweets are general information.

Surely in a group of 80k followers there must be 50 people who like iphones or blackberry's.

Heheh.. Yeah probably.. Tried with any other network?
