twitter api / google maps api pro needed

i need someone to create something simlar to http://www.mibazaar.com/googletrendsvision/ for my site. this uses google trends to show the latest trending topics on google maps
i need the same doing for twitter trends also so twitter trends shown on google maps
all i want is the basic map showing the trends...no frills nothing to exciting
can anyone help?
