Twitter ads

i am thinking of starting Twitter ads. Has anyone used this successfully?

I've used Twitter ads sparingly. I haven't done any super high volume campaigns, but a suggestion is to use a followers campaign. You pay for the followers only, not any of the impressions, clicks, etc. You can see a good return depending on your follower targeting.
