Twitter accounts: create or buy? Things to be careful of during setup?

Hey guys, looking to use Tweetattacks Pro 3 in a couple of weeks for a blitz campaign (about 1.5 million tweets over a few days). I should need around 1000 Twitter accounts, but it looks like account creation software such as Twitter Account Manager still leaves the phone verification dilemma unanswered. I'm wondering if it'd be a lot more efficient to just buy a thousand accounts, online as low as $40 per thousand.
If I do, will these accounts hold up or will I have a huge mess re-verifying accounts? I'm planning to tweet from each account 4 minutes apart, with dedicated proxies for each account. Also, what's the best source for proxies if you want to be sure the accounts don't get banned en masse? Will pretty much any proxy do? Just looking for experiences for those who've done this on what to really watch out for during the setup, like will twitter accounts with yandex or mail.ru be banned more readily than Gmail verified, and will I need to cultivate the accounts more by favoriting, retweeting etc. before doing the campaign, etc. TIA

Don't go for the cheap option. Is cheap for a reason. Also, ask the provider if each acc was created on a separate proxy (best practices).

Go for Twitter proxies, or social media virgin proxies. This way you are sure nobody used those proxies before so you don't run the risk of getting banned.

If you look for a volume campaign, than look to buy a few months aged accounts.
