Twitter seems to be severely limiting accounts. I've had two accounts suspended now both used on different IP's.

The first I followed 450. Then with some advice from a member on here I created a new account and followed 146. The second account got suspended too.

I understand the account probably needs to build some trust with Twitter, and maybe I need to go slower, but the question is how slow on fresh accounts?

I'm guessing you have to slowly increase the follows and have an active account i.e. tweet, create nice profiles etc.

Any help? I might do some split testing later with 10 accounts and do them all at different rates per day and report findings on a daily basis to help others out. I know I'm not the only one questioning this.
