Tried contacting them several times but they never unsuspended it.

Twitter is cracking down on xxx accounts. Read it in an article yesterday but it's good that you got it back

I just went there to cry like a baby too for my 100k account they suspended last year .

i hope i get as lucky as you

If it is not for multiple violations and you not get permanent ban you can easly unsuspend your acc contacting Twitter support.

May be you are doing a very agressive strategy of follows/unfollows...
