Twitter Account Golf Niche 15,500 followers

    Hi guys (and gals),

    I've built up a nice following (15,500+ as of today) with a twitter account but quite frankly, I don't know what the hell to do with it. I have not made much money on it but I'd hate to walk away from that size following and niche.

    The name is @golfmaster

    I use twitter friend adder to add followers based on "golf related" tweets. The British Open was a great way to grab more followers this past weekend.

    Any advice, tips?

    I'd even consider promoting someones aff link if they shared the revenue.

    hell just drop some quick notes about an awesome club you just tried, with a link to a golf affiliate like http://www.pepperjamnetwork.com/blog/category/austads-golf/
    (just an example i havent tried this network before i just found on google)

    do that every so often with different offers...

    throw up a site about golf reviews, grab some golf club reviews and comparisons and link them back to affiliate programs for sales (cloaked of course) and after each time you write up a comparison/review or post a copy from elsewhere, drop a tweet letting your followers know you just got done doing some extensive testing of the WHATVER at your site http:/.whatever

    idea #3, just get a bunch of people from BHW with %'s and rotate our offers via tweets lol.

    I know I won't get rich on this acct but I am looking for an EZ revenue stream.

    I tried promoting several products with no luck.

    Twitter seems a hard sell. Seems like the only people making any $$ are the developers of the web apps for twitter.

    I've sold a few Hummingbird copies on another user acct.

    Just a follow up on this thread. I was contacted by a golf vacation vendor in Myrtle Beach who actually tried to register golfmaster as his username.

    We are trying to formulate a compensation model that benefits both parties.

    I guess sometimes you just have to ask a large audience the obvious questions to get the wheels turning.

    I was stuck in the mud until the light finally shined through.

    I never said I was brightest bulb in the circuit. My mom put me on a dimmer switch - LOL :) :)

    When you make it big dont forget who develop the app that got you all those friends ;)

    I did the same with you with a golf profile. I did golf swing tips from clickbank. Not as much success as other niches i must say.
