I dunno, I mean, I never monitoring these things carefully, maybe if you upgrade to VIP, your views should improve a bit, but not that much.

They are taking strict actions to fight against bots on the platform. If they do not relax in this part, you will keep facing this problem here. Solution might be to try some other platform.

Can't have a following to follower ratio of greater than 6:10
Can't follow or interact with accounts that are under 500 followers
Can't follow or interact with accounts that have over 500 followers but a following to a follower ratio greater than 6:10.
Can't follow or interact with accounts that are labeled as NSFW
Can't talk about NSFW topics
Can't talk about controversial topics or interact much with accounts that do.
Can't talk about things that can anger fanboys of certain people,places, nations(they mass report which makes you more likely to be shadowbanned)
Can't use hashtags
Can't repost too much
Can't reply too fast, too much, or too late.
Until you get a minimum of 500 followers your account is at heavy risk of having a random shadowban placed upon it.
I gave up on twitter for now, and will start anew once I get a new phone and number. Having a checklist to use social media is pretty crazy.
