I repeatedly asked for his paypal email and price for his services. He usually sent me messages in the middle of night asking for payment which I would reply by asking for his payment info.

Wow Rebelian So sorry to hear things didn't work out. But this did hopefully create a learning lesson. Make people pay up front for things because every once in a while you run into a situation that you are stuck in learning a crappy lesson. Just because someone bought a jr vip membership doesn't make them decent humans if they were junk prior.

why wasn't the matter resolved ??? have anyone done anything to solve it ??? whats the use of shit list??? I was here to post a thread about a scam and now I don't want to do it after watching this tread got wasted. I dont know whose fault it was or was there any misunderstanding between them. Mods can look into the matter and solve it. If there is a scammer we want to know about him, if he is not, his name should be sweep cleaned.

why don't you give the person a negative itrader/rep...

Money is money, if he is offering to pay you for it, take it. How the whole thing shook out we will never know. There are ALWAYS at least 3 sides to the story, the one you have, the one he has, and finally the truth. Regardless of what the truth is, if he is offering resolution for the problem take it or either quit complaining about it. There is no other way about it. Either you are here to have a problem (non payment for work done) fixed or you are here to bitch about things without allowing them to be fixed. I don't see the point of the second option it just means you don't get paid and you he gets bad rep while you still don't get paid. I have to say though that a problem like this could probably be solved more amiably with a middle man ie moderator serving in an arbitration role. Just my .02, take them or leave them.

Problem is, if the tables were turned, the accuser would have been banned the same day. The fact that it still isn't resolved and everyone but the OP is blowing this under the table because the accused is a Jr. VIP makes it all the more suspicious. If services were rendered, and payment wasn't rendered at all then the negative feedback/itrader is the first step. Payment after the fact is irrelevant. The fact is, the OP had to come to the warzone and get the mods/admins involved in order to get a simple dialogue well after the service was rendered.

Rebelian if this is not resolved contact the mods.

I worked with twistednature in past and he is a good guy to work with...

I totally understand that aspect but refusing payment and still screaming you got robbed is disingenuous, period. I admit it looks sketchy that a vip didn't provide payment for a period of time and wasn't demoted or banned as a result. No doubt, it does! But you can't come in here and say, "Hey, I want my money!" and then say "This guy hasn't paid me fast enough, so I don't want your money! BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY!!! GIMMIE MY MONAY@!@!!!!@!" If the OP wants the situation resolved then by all means resolve it but if you have no intention of allowing it to be resolved by saying you aren't going to take his money, move on and let it die. My advice to the op is to take the dude's money if he is going to pay you for your work and carry on conversations with the mods about his jrvip membership standings. Like I said, I think this situation would benefit from an active arbitration process with a moderator serving as the arbiter. But that takes both sides wanting to resolve it and a mod willing to do it. If any party isn't interested then the status quo of OP wanting his money, but not wanting his money, and the jrvip being shrouded by this scamming accusation just continues unresolved.

Hmmm if he offered to pay you even if it is a month later or 2 months later....take the money, I don't know what world you live in or how rich you are but if someone owed me money and a month later they said give me your paypal and I will pay you $2.00 a week for 33 weeks becuz thats all I can afford then I would be more than happy to accept and give em my paypal!
