I am writing because I would like to follow/unfollow more each day to increase my marketing power for my small business.

Tweetadder has been a useful software and I have been using it in 150/150 unfollow/follow everyday. I am using it for my 2 year old business which has already amounted a total number of roughly 6500 follows.

My question for you everyone is whether pushing my limits to 300/300 follows/unfollows each day would be too much and risk suspension. Too me, it seems that the large profiles are less likely to get suspended for increase following tactics. What are your thoughts?

I have an account with around 2,500 and I'm doing around 150/150 per day too without any issues. But as you have quite a number of followers already, I think you might be safe to up it, but don't double it. Add another 50/50 and see how you go. My 2 cents.

Damn.. 800/800 still? I was doing 1000/1000 each day 1 year ago when they werent cracking down. The problem is that I cant risk losing the account.. its kind of my social media "bread and butter". Do you think 300 will be safe? What do you think you are doing differently to avoid being suspended?

One thing I've noticed is that if you do regular posts while using Tweetadder it decreases chance of suspension. I work at a ad agency and have interns running the software on various computers and have noticed this trend.

I'm going to go with the guy on the scale thing. That would really be the thing to do, as you can get an idea what will be allowed from the system. Always have a backup account as well. js.

I started this on a new account. Been doing it now for more than a month without any problems at all. I'm using TweetAttacks, probably not doing anything different. Since it automates the website you reach the limits, so you can't do anything more while other softwares that don't use the API just keep spamming it even after warnings :)

I ran into problems adding over 400 people in a run with TweetAttacks Free. I had two accounts which were driving a fair amount of traffic to their respective sites.

I've since bought the full TweetAttacks and am running at no more than 199 followers a day. I wish I had specific numbers, but since I've gotten slapped down twice, I invested the money and am playing it safe.

200 really does seem to be the magic number. Bummer. When you purchase the software they have the default settings at 200 follow p/day and 100 unfollow. I believe that these are more or less the fail safe numbers so that Tweetadder can fall back on and claim negligence for suspended accounts.

If the fail safe numbers were larger, they would be receiving several complaints.

My account has about 6600 followers, and I've been doing 600/600 a day for the last month with no issues. Getting about 200 a day back as well.

I've gotten 20k followers in less than 8 months. I do 900/900 a day with no problem. But then again, I do run a very legitimate white hat business. I also let my Twitter account sit for about 7 months first too...I get about 300 new followers a day

I started doing it on twitter max (until it reaches the limit when twitter says you can't unfollow anymore) since last week. For both following and unfollowing, no problems so far. There probably even aren't any

How often are you posting each week? My worry is that I am not posting enough in combination with it. Also, not to burst everyone's bubble, but it looks like there is a new Twitter on the horizon. Once they integrate paid media buys, I'm betting they are going to crack down much harder on automated software.

Maybe, maybe not. BUT, anything is possible these days. Wouldn't surprise me. Just have to adapt if we still want to be in the game.

Make a test account and push 300/300 a day...

I have used this method and none of my accounts have been suspended.
In fact, I have over 20 accounts and all run 300/300. If you want to be safe.
Just make a test and run it at that range.
