Hey BHW, Since the demise of Tweet adder 3 there had been a lot of discussion about best twitter bot to follow unfollow users.

The short list appears to be the following:

Tweet demon: Apparently can do all the things TA3 could do but large amounts of accounts were getting banned (according to BHW reports) due to leaving some sort of 'footprint' as a result of the way it bypasses the API. Apart from this one issue the bot seemed ideal as a replacement to TA3, the last negative with this bot is the price. I believe $200 is the number floating around for this bot. Any updates on the account ban issue would be appreciated.

Twidium: I have also been looking at using twidium accounter and downloaded the trial version, this programme does look like it might fill the followers niche however I am unsure of exactly how it works. It appears to login and logout of each account between following users. However the trial version is very limited in the amount of time it allows a task to run which makes it very hard to gauge exactly how this will work and if it will lead to more twitter account suspensions. Unfortunately for me most of the tutorial videos are in Russian. Any advice on how to use twiddium and if it is suitable long term would be greatly appreciated.

Tweepi: This website allows users to manually follow and unfollow, but I am aware there is a tweepi-bot, and a nice extensive video to go with it. However I have seen no genuine comments on the tweepi-bot as the ones on the youtube video are all auto generated presumably by the distributor of the bot.

Follow Liker: A new one I have seen plugged on BHF, however the creator seems unable to take constructive criticism from would be buyers, he also seems very defensive of his coding and product and as such this was the first of the options to be ruled out.

Please feel free to contribute to the discussion about Tweet Demon, twidium, tweepibot or any other follow unfollow bots that allow multiple accounts and private proxies.

    Best regards

    AOD

Stop wasting your time, you will never find any program that can match the power of FollowLiker. The people complaining about it are the lazy users. I have the full version with twitter and instagram modules and it is working. Don't be fooled.

Possibly, however until there are full narrated instruction videos clearly demonstrating the programmes functionality I will have to take the 'lazy users' opinions as closer to the truth and regard everything else as promotional babble from connections of the developer. I do however hope what you say is true.

I disagree I bought followliker and its the most unuser friendly software I have used. Why is it if somebodies opinion isn't the same as yours they are lazy?

Been using the trial version of both Twidium Accounter and Inviter. I purchased the full version of Inviter two days ago.

Both work well, the limitations of the trial are, indeed, a pain in the ass and prevent you from getting a good sense of the power of the programs but they do work as advertised.

inviter is good for following, either from a list or by user account (meaning following the followers of a particular user or the people followed by a particular user). you can also follow by keyword (#followback, etc). it is a little big buggy when parsing large lists of follows but they just released an update. it also has a viable unfollow function and a great tweet scraper (see my txt file of 22k tweets)

accounter is good for tweeting from a file or retweeting by tweet ID. you cannot, yet retweet by user or favorite but I hope that is coming in the future. accounter is particularly awesome at updating the profiles of accounts - you can change names, avatars, header images, backgrounds, locations, passwords, urls -- all from txt files. very good function.

the programming needs a little polish but the price is reasonable. i'm currently juggling about 200 accounts on inviter, getting a few banned here and there as they are new but nothing serious. I'll post more when i've owned the software longer but for the time being I'll give it a cautiously optimistic 'go for it' rating.

Thanks for the honest reply, I always check through the previous posts of a user to find out if they are simply promoting a product that they are connected with or not. Your previous posts indicate that you are a genuine user who has provided an honest opinion so I thank you for that. I might purchase it for a year, and DM you a few simple questions about the product if you don't mind. From a tweeting point of view I personally only RT and Tweet from RSS so Tweet adder 4 is sufficient.

I still use TA4 for the exact same thing, I have about 300 old accounts (9months+) that just sit there and retweet/rss and slowly build followers (I also refused the most recent ta4 update so I still have auto followback functionality).

I have used the TwTDominator trial and I like it but, honestly, it's a good way to get accounts banned. Either you need a massive # of private proxies or you are screwed.

I am using Twidium proxy free - yes, that's right, 200 or so accounts on a single IP. I'm very, very conservative about following, I tweet daily and I give them a lot of breathing room. But it's going well.

Still no perfect solution. I've yet to spend the money on Twidium Accounter - not sure whether or not I should do it.

Tweet demon is sufficient for what you are doing.

I thought there was some issue with tweet demons actions being recognised by twitter (as it circumvents the API?) and this was leading to accounts getting banned?

I just spent the last week managing 611 accounts on TweetAttacks Pro II v4.4.
I have to say I was VERY impressed. After a week of slow following (20 per day for each account) and tweeting 3 tweets a day, using 100 shared proxies, only 3 accounts were banned. All 3 were brand new accounts so I was not surprised.
TAP2 lets has a bunch of functionality that seem similar to Tweet Demon (have not tried) and is worth the $167 price IMO.

I have used Twidium Accounter also prior to using TAP2 and I'd say its a bit clunkier, had problems logging into accounts at time, but overall shows a good deal of promise. I limited my use to 55 accounts in Twidium because it seem to struggle when I added more accounts.

I also still use Tweet Adder 4 on my Mac for a core set of 35 accounts that need special attention. There is a nifty add on program developed by a BHW user called TAPlus that brings back the follow/unfollow functionality of TA. If you have a Mac and a smaller number of accounts, I highly suggest the TA 4/TAPlus combination.

has anyone tried Ocommunity Suite's Twitter bot? I've been using their FB one forever and it's worked great, but have yet to try their twitter bot. Anyone tried it?

I also use TAplus - now called batterapp - crashes quite often when it loses internet connection but gets the job done. could be a lot better if it used a logic engine for choosing the best followers to attract based on a configurable process. I'm thinking of getting something developed myself for both mac/windows if enough people are interested.

I'm gonna say STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THE DEMON SOFTWARES! I heard Tweet Demon was good but ill tell u what... I had FB Demon and it was made by the same guys, the support was SHIT!, the program was extremely buggy (although the functions that worked, worked very well). None the less, the problem I had was that I guess they may have not been making enough money or figured it was too much of a headache to run the program, so they just decided to shutdown the site and the server that it connects to. I now have a piece of software that wont even authenticate, so I cant use it. I tried messaging the creators on skype, and I never get a reply. STAY AWAY!

I've heard Twidium was good and TweetAttacks Pro II sounds really good, I may have to give that one a shot.
