Hi can you give a guess that infrastructure this website uses?

    Code:
    http://startutor.sg/
it has a function that allows tutors to display their individual profiles, give rankings (for certain criterias), and allow submission of their certificates. How do they do that?

    Thank you.

it looks like a custom build but you can probably get good head start by using joomla and customizing already available third party addons

yes, they are rejecting people who are trying to buy the "template" from them. for starters, what add-on do they use to allow member to upload their certs to the admin?

you would need to custom design your own template which isnt that difficult despite what people say...

then you would need something like community builder, and noixacl for creating different user levels, and aec for creating paid subscription - all open source!

i cant recall if the new community builder allows you to upload files at registration if not you could use chronoforms to custom build a new sign up form and implement this

j1.5 is very very flexible to show you an example we built this not so long ago... www.cowboysdancehall.com i dont think we left a component or module untouched and even custom built the rodeo section from the ground up...
