In this short tutorial, I will show you how to find server for your blackhat/greyhat activities without spending a fortune 
Such server can be useful for running seo tools without proxies and other greyhat/blackhat activities.
Keep in mind - no hosting will protect you from justice if you do illegal stuff. Blackhat is mostly not unlawful (for example, you can't go to jail for using scrapebox or gsa without proxies).

Spamhaus is well well-known company that's fighting spam in the internet. Mostly, they are fighting with email spammers. They are providing a list of ASNs that are (according to them) ignoring abuse messages, hosting spammers etc. These ASNs are ment to be used by other companies as blacklist, so some companies nullroute traffic from spamhaus DROP list. Thats the price for bulletproof hosting - you won't be able to reach the whole internet. If you host website with such provider, some customers may not be able to reach your site. I would say that's not a problem, just part of the game.
We will use spamhaus DROP list to find hosting providers that allow mass mailing, host spammers etc.

How to proceed from here?
Filter by country that works for you, visit websites one by one, and check if any offer dedicated and/or vps servers.
Some providers have all ASNs and IP ranges blacklisted in spamhaus. Most have some clean ranges, and some blacklisted so its good to ask before ordering for VPS with dirty IP address.
