I've been reading these forums for a while but never a registered user. I've decided to invest £100.00 into making some money on the internet whilst I'm at university. I've started off small with a blog about VB.NET for students. I know this is very niche but it's a start. I was wondering if any of the more experienced user could give me some pointers to help me along or any other ideas to gather money.

I will keep this updated on how my project is going

    Starting Money :£100.00

Currently Posting content to the blogs and doing some jobs on Fiver.

Little Update: Completed 4 Jobs on Fiver ($4.00 each) which is £10.00 GBP
And my blog has 10 views :D.

    Current Balance: £110.00

    March 13Th Profit:

    £10.00+

If you're after other methods of making money, then you should probably look at other previously posted methods, there are plenty on here and there is no real value in me finding all the threads for you. If you're looking at ways to monetise such a specialist niche I'd consider adding a forum to help with content generation, and finding a couple of affiliates that would appeal to your market, maybe look at student pad to see who they affiliate with.

You didn't mention what you were doing on fiverr so no idea what other skills you may have.

Oh, i'm quite good when it comes to writing, excel programming, power point and Photoshop. I also make websites but tend to get offline jobs as i don't trust building a website for someone over the internet. I've managed to get 50 views on my blog atm but that's through me advertising myself on forums and such.

Thanks for the student pad idea.
