I test this software and have some decent results... now i want to ask:
    - how reduce captcha retry times? DBC don't solve all corectlly and i spend all credit on it, i think just 2 retries can be ok.
    - Can you ad mail.ru template on mails? also, how import mass mail in this form: [email protected]:password ?
    - is there an options to export all campains at all (results)

    Thank you!

    - Try to use 2captcha as is much cheaper vs DBC. It is $1.20/1000 noRecaptcha vs $3/1000 on DBC. If you still like to decrease the number of tries, just open a support ticket and I wll give you what you need.
    - Yes I can, with some help of google translate.
    - to import any bulk emails, check this page: http://www.turboware.net/docs/how-to-import-bulk-email-accounts/
    it will be like
    Code:
     [email protected]:pop.aol.com:995:[email protected]:password:1
but replace with your email settings, and remove the ":1" if is not using SSL.

Good idea with the trial. I'll tell you why this thread has 1 star.

    REVIEW

I bought a lifetime license for Turbo Web2.0 last year in August when it lacked many big web2.0s and didn't even have 2capthca/DBC integration for the new recaptcha. To say the least, I was unsatisfied with the lack of features, documentation, and customer support. Most importantly, OP didn't honor his 100% risk free, 30 day money back guarantee.

Anyway, I requested a refund (1) via email just one day after purchasing it, mainly because the software was not intuitive and was unable to simply register accounts automatically without having to manually fill out the 3x3 recaptchas that flooded my screen. OP replied and just said "We'll add 2captcha soon". After being forced to explain again why I wanted a refund (2), OP replied with a very rude and condescending tone, telling me that I'm a liar and I won't make any money online. After sending OP yet another email to clarify why I wanted refund (3), he replied again with the same behavior, telling me to go watch his video tutorial (which doesn't show all the features), to use a captcha service (that he didn't even integrate to solve 3x3 recaptcha) and to submit a ticket to his 'colleague' who apparently deals with finances. In other words, he closed his eyes and ears and told me to go screw myself.

I saw where this was headed but I played along anyway and sent a support ticket to his 'colleague' for the refund (4), and emailed OP again to wrap things up. Instead of issuing me a refund, the 'colleague' replied to the ticket JUST to say that OP has replied to my email. It was clear to me that OP greatly valued my $99 and was biding his time so that either 30 days would pass and I wouldn't be able to claim a refund, or that he would be annoying enough so that I'd just bend over and take it.

After emailing op again for a refund (5), OP finally agreed. As expected, I didn't get a refund after several more days so I opened a PayPal dispute (6) and, as expected, OP responded almost immediately and claimed that his 'colleague' wasn't available until today (of course). He continued to patronize me with annoying BS like:

"don't you know how to read?"
"I told you you were going to be refunded!"
"You broke our TOS, and now we deny your refund request"

OP claimed I wasn't eligible for a refund because I broke his Terms of Service. I don't see the logic in that, considering OP broke his own ToS by denying me a refund, as I satisfied all of the criteria to receive a refund as described in his ToS:

So... I can't get a refund because I never asked for a refund prior to opening a dispute? Hmm, something smells like BS.

Unfortunately I lost the dispute in PayPal because OP is clearly well trained in the conning department, plus PayPal isn't exactly logical either. After six attempts for a refund, I did give up because $99 didn't matter to me. It's all about the principle, baby!

I see now that he still is lacking documentation so it's still up to the user to do trial and error until everything works out. Instead of creating a comprehensive manual, OP prefers his users to work things out themselves or ask him directly (usually resulting in a bump on his thread, which is why I suspect he doesn't ever create documentation), resulting in a massive waste of time for everyone. Now I'll have to open a SL thread and ask a mod to spend his valuable time to deal with this.

I have used GSA SER, FCS, SB etc. for over 3 years, so it's not like I don't know how to use SEO programs. Now I use Ranker X instead of FCS, because it is socket based, intuitive, and has excellent documentation. I cannot comment how Turbo Web2.0 is now, as OP removed my license key AND took my money for over 6 months now! However, I suspect it still has its flaws as people above me still comment on its lack of video tutorials and documentation. Good luck with your sales.

    Hi,

I will not engage in such type of discussions. I had PM'ed him for clarifications, and I see that he thanked your post, but he did not bother to reply to my questions.
Anyway, the situation is not like that. I respect the commitments made to any of you and I request the same from every of you. If the accepted rules are broken then also my commitments will be cancelled.

You can get the trial (free for the first 5 days). If the application does not fit your needs, just cancel your subscription.

I was going to buy this but instead decided to read some reviews.Thank you sforzando , I've dealt with this kind of attitude before and I don't want to do it again. What bothers me most is that the seller didn't addressed this problem and explain what happend.

I already addressed this by contacting him personally. I will not comment here his desire for revenge. He broke the rules, he did not waited the 7 days required for the refund to be processed and instead he opened a dispute. When he signed up, he accepted those rules but he did not respected them.
If someone does not like our rules he is free NOT to register. Is simple as that.

We are here from more than 1 year. We have many happy customers and because of them, will be here for much more time. And reported to the age of the application and pages count, the bad reviews are almost non existent. In this kind of business, it's impossible to make all happy. But I'm doing my best with the every day updates.

So, based on one bad review you decided that the application does not deserve to be tested? You do not know me, you do not know "what kind of attitude I have". Better check also previous pages and don't rely on just a revenge post.

    Thank you.

I use this software for more than 1 year and I have no problem with it. OP replied to any question I asked. Maybe he do not have to much tutorials but if you know the basics you will not have any problem. First step, install the trial, second step test the software and after buy it, but only if it's helpful.

I am a noob. I sub this thread for weeks because I am quite interested in Turboweb's functions to build a web2.0 network and going to see more reviews or Op's answers to some tech questions.
I personally suggest OP to explain clearly about sforsando's comments in public. Because from a noob's view like mine, a Jr. VIP's negative review is really ruining this thread. Even I, a potential consumer, wanted to try or buy it, now I concern much more about the post-purchase service. A bad customer service and technique support will definitely screw a great product up.
If need, please ask a mod for help to make a judge. Good luck! :)

I use Turbo-Web since November last Year and it works as it should.
If I have a Question, i write the OP with Skype and get quite quickly an Answer.
So I am satisfied with the Software and the OP.

I never filed to receive a refund, so I can't comment on sforzando issue, BUT I can comment on the support. Turboweb has a support ticket system, but if you need help quickly I suggest you add Marius to Skype. He has a been quick to sort things out and has done two Teamviewer sessions for me so far. I think the support for Turboweb is excellent. Hopefully the documentation will be made clearer in the near future.

    Hi,

I have been using Turbo Web2.0 since past 6 months now and I am very impressed with it. There has been lot of improvements in this tool and now its one of my most used SEO tool. Its better than FCS and rankwyz in many ways.

I bought this software in December and I am happy about both application and support. The app is updated about every few days and, when I needed help, I found that Skype support was always effective!
