Use CPA offers, don't content lock anything. Crak is a good network to get offers from. Maxbounty and ClickDealer also have a lot of adult/dating offers. Tumblr WILL ban your account sooner or later so I suggest creating multiple blogs and not put your eggs in one basket. Twitter is also a good choice.
