I'm not sure about anyone else, but I bought this software near a month ago and still haven't received the serial number.

I am not trying say the software is bad, but I am curious to see if this has happened to anyone else? Not sure what the wait time is on this.

It is quite frustrating indeed.

Hope to hear back from Dan soon.

I think all tube increasers are broken atm with youtube's latest update.
