flash cookies? I had choc chip earlier... Clearing cookies, temp files, and everything is good enough. If you are still blocked, then yes it is your IP. Restarting your router makes no difference. Some people can reboot their internet modem and get a new IP. Others are on a lease and that doesn't work. You have to change your mac address on your router in order for your ISP to issue you a new IP.
This is what you need to do ^
clone your mac address of the computer inside the router options and your isp will usually assign you a new ip. then you should be good to go.

Heres what I did to get a new ipaddress after it was banned from youtube even thought I am on cable modem. I just formatted my harddrive and restarted everything and I got anew IP addy with my formatted hard drive. I thought it was kinda wiered but hey it worked. Thats just a long route of doing things. Do you know why they are banning your ip addy?

Formatting your HD changes the mac address. Using the clone feature on your router does the same thing and takes as long as it takes to restart your PC. If you dont have a router, buy one for like 80 bucks. You should have one anyways, even if you don't need to change your IP.

Proxies are slow, especially when uploading videos. And what online proxy site you know of that allows POST headers?? All the ones I try you have to pay to be able to login to youtube, so good luck.
I change my mac address at least once a day. Unless you are creating tons of accounts, then it should do the trick perfectly. I am sure other EXPERIENCED youtube marketers will agree with me about changing your mac to get a new IP. YOu get your full internet speed instead of having to use a slow proxy and fight with different languages from the countries ip. The only time you need a proxy is when you are boosting videos or creating tons of accounts. Other than that, just change your IP through your router/modem/isp and go along your way as a new person.
