tubeinator?

Hi there guys i'm new here...found this site from search and theres so much great info!!!!

Anyways not sure if anybody can help, does anybody know if tubinator is any good? Or is there any similiar programs that do ratings, favourites?

Just like how tube increaser gives proxy list daily, do any of these programs give youtube accounts in a list to increase my ratings for my video?
