Tube Script (with mods) needed

I'm kicking around the idea of a setup like www.megarotic.com 's old video tube site was (may still be this way not sure). Basically limits the user to x ammount of videos a day. I'd like the option to do that or x ammount of minutes today. Once reached they have to register as a member to view more. This would also require a couple of other mods, but it should be pretty straight forward. see sig for my contact info !
