Tube Promoter for Views

Anyone have any experience with Jan from tube promoter or his services? I have he charges $29 per month for a subscriptions and you can buy views separate but I couldn't get a answer from him on exactly what I get for $29 besides 50 free view credits?

How's the service? They say it takes up to 7 days for views to show up now?

Views ain't working atm.

The actual subscription for friends, messages etc is great though.
