Yeah, you can post comments with Tube Booster. The answer to the first question is this link. It is my method of a bunch of YouTube views and a little extra:

If its a fresh account, and you used United States to sign up, do this.

Create a new account, and pick a country that is easier to get on the most viewed/responded/rated lists. Like UK or Canada. I got one response on a video and landed #65 most responded CANADA. The awards will help you get more subscribers. So create a new account and say you are from UK or something, just not US. Then boost views. I boost about 5k at a time, then lay off and check my stats later. Keep doing that until you land some honors. Then just keep doing a few thousand views at a time to keep your awards. When you get enough subscribers, you can increase the amount of views you do.

IF you have an older account, go ape shit it shouldn't matter.
