    Well with out knowing how to program you are going to have trouble adding features.

    I just want to know which language is the best for that and if open source project doing that exist

    Ermm i say C++ will be the best not sure if they are any open source projects going though.

    Unless you're trying to make a product that you are going to sell you can just use iMacros. You can create macros to do anything that the can be done with these other programs and you can add features and customize much more.
