So I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone out there wanting to buy tube automator. First let me say I understand the need to protect your product and I understand even limiting it to one computer using it at a time but this is ridiculous!

I installed it on my desktop and registered only to find out once I try to install it on my laptop I have to email support and wait for them to remove it from my desktop and authorize it for my laptop. This is a joke! it is a video software meaning I would like to run it on my multiple computers to do multiple videos at once. Secondly what if the site goes down some day? Suddenly I just can't use what I paid for? Lastly I'm on the go during the day and often use my tools on the go but when I come home I like my desktop to do all the workhourse work so every time I come and go what? I have to email them and wait a couple days? This is crap, might just have to use that 30 day return sadly.

P.S. Just kinda extra peeved because the computer I registered it on had major problems today and is now out of service and I've been waiting all day for an email back to change the license, meaning I'm losing valuable time and money.

The purchase page clearly states that its locked to one machine, so if you purchase it then it means you agree to those terms, why bitch about it now? There are a lot of software out there that are machine locked.

Their support desk is based in India so those guys are probably asleep when you mail them. When I need support I normally mail them either late at night or early like 8 or 9 AM (I'm on EST) and I get a pretty quick response from them

I'm starting to think I'm the only one who knows how to run his home machine from his laptop, and vice versa. Someone please tell me I'm wrong.
