Hello all,

I decided to come to the best to ask this question because I know the knowledge here FLOWS with highest quality of intellect.

My problem is that I had someone post up one of those bogus "Rip Off Reports" on that ripoffreport website. Biggest scam running. Basically anyone can make up a story about anyone and that site posts it up and it ranks high in Google. Then, when you contact the site to get it taken down, they try to charge $2000. 100% complete extortion.

My question to you all is, is it possible to get results pushed off the first page? I'm not about to pay for any "reputation removal" services when they are basically just going to come here and use the same techniques discussed openly.

Is it possible to simply blast that link all over the place with ScrapeBox and then hope that the link becomes "spammy" to Google and then proceeds to fall in rankings? I know this is probably not possible(as we all could just blast our competitors) but if there is any other techniques that you know about please let me know.

Thank you all so much in advance! This place has been so good to me.

Index backlinks and check it regularly postiong. Just use direct with dirty articles duplicate content and combination of xrumer forum posting with gsacraper comment blast can pushdown to second page.

Performing neg. SEO on a site like ROR will be a challenge I wouldn't consider myself; domains with that much authority are usually able to pack a punch and if executed poorly it might have the opposite effect...

Alright, so one of you says it's easy and the other one says it's impossible.

Can anyone else comment to break the tie?

Doesn't hurt to try.

Bad SEO is usually cheap SEO. So it shouldn't cost much even if it doesn't work. You'll never know unless you go for it.

Like resistosai111 said, spam bad backlinks, etc

ror is one hell of a site to remove you should try getting your 10 results to reach the first page. ORM is yoour answer

what you need is lots of backlinks from lots of diff sites with same anchor text ;)

Please elaborate if possible. Sounds promising.

We are not getting the full picture here but let's presume you need an ORM service. It's not just about overtaking 1st page with positive results. Which would be a PITA when dealing with RoR. A good service would actually approach the matter in a legal aspect as a last report, if you consider that review was malicious. And no need to say a good service like that would be costly.

So if that's a "made up story" as you say, you should be able to deal with it easily. If not, then I'm afraid there's some more stuff you need to work on as you can't clean up your negative reputation with a magic stick.

Get side bar links, forum posting, post a comment in irrelevant blogs and do all kind of dead seo technique then You will be in the place where you want.... But that too need some effort with money.. To make it simple - blast million links from a worst automated tool.. :D

I am not trying to promote this is my signature and i just give my review about negative seo I don't want to explain how is that to push down competative site. I just help him there are many competators who are doing this for negative reputation they gives articles in ripoff reports.

negative seo ror is kinda impossible and it will only benefit them, i worked on project when i was starting IM 2009 they keyword we were working on was "jeff paul" there was ror link ranking number 1 for even typing his name , if you try searching for it now you will find out how you can push it back, i am not gonna go in details here as i have already broken a rule by telling you the keyword. i wish you good luck

Spamming ROR will likely only boost the search result. Your best solution is to create a bunch of Web 2.0s and spam them to the top or hire an ORM company.

Well when I was 13 on Habbo Hotel to get rid of negative rep when people search your username the best solution was just to spam the results with positive comments lol.

I bet RoR gets Neg SEO'd nunerous times each day. The fact they still stand does make me question how well this tactic will work. Maybe Google makes an exception for them?

If I was you I'd pay for guest posts on powerful sites and optimize the hell out of the article for your term! Then you can add links to those articles as well as links from the articles to your page maybe. Or make fake Web 2.0s that say positive things about you though be warned these are transparently fake 9/10 times.

Most companies make fake Web 2.0s like Is Company Name A Scam? To cover the scam keyword results a lot of people check before buying.

Yeah, I've seen it many times, but mostly they use EMD. So, may be OP can buy EMD, that would be easy to rank.
