    Hi everybody,

This is my first post. I am new the the whole IM game. I have picked up a lot of information form here. But I am not sure if I am doing things right. So, below I have given out the exact steps I am following for one of my projects. Could you please let me know if I am going in the right direction or not?

    1. Found a low competition keyword with weak SERPS. (That is, the SERPS have article directories etc. on the first page.)

    2. Wrote a highly Search Engine Optimization'd HubPage about the same.

    3. With doing no back-linking its on the 4rth page of the SERPS for the search term.

    4. Submitted the page to 27 do-follow social bookmarking sites.

    5. Submitted it to the top Social Bookmarking sites (most of which are no-follow) Digg, stumble-upon, Reddit etc.

    6. Commented on 10 other pr2 & pr3 hubpages. The idea being that my profile will be linked from the comment, and that sends GoogleBot to my articles one more time.

    7. Made 3 unique articles and submitted it to InfoBarrel with my link to the HubPage at the base.

    8. Once excepted in InfoBarrel, took the same articles and submitted them to Squidoo and GoArticles.

    Thats it.

Thats all I am doing by way of back-link creation.

Do you think this will be enough to get my hub on the first page of the SERPS for my keyword?

And how long would it take for the effect to kick in?

    Thanks in advance.
