    Hello Guys,

I have decided to try Website Flipping and this is the first time i am trying it.
I need a little help. It would be kind of you to answer my questions:

    1. This is my first time, so i decided i would select technology as my niche. Is it good? Or i should go with some other niche.

    2. How many posts or articles are needed so that i am able to sell it for a good price?

    3. Should i add some affiliate links or some ads(Adsense is sure). Please advice me which affiliate can i use.

    4. Finally, some tips that i can profit more.

Hope someone will surely help me.

    Thanking you

    1.Technology niche is on boom.
2.Minimum of 200 posts is better or you can have many Itraders with less posts :)
3.No , you cant add any ads of yours after selling the site to someone.Thats simply bad.
4.Just show the users , your earning proofs if u have any or show them your traffic details.

I'd suggest a pretty narrow category...Tech is way to broad...

    3. Not after selling the site. But while i am making it, should i add affiliate links from CB or some sites similar to it.

On the sites I've flipped, I set them up with aff links and then got the buyer to apply to the same programs and then I swapped the links for theirs.

    1. Narrow it down, so techonology->Xbox360/PS3/ etc

    2. You'd be looking for at least 100+ pages indexed in google

    3. Adsense, clickbank etc

    4. There is an autosurf technique on here that will raise your alexa ranking -> This is a good thing

Technology is mad saturated, even shit like xbox 360.

Search for longtail keywords, but ones that still get a good amount of traffic.

    Relatively longtail, don't go overbored.

microniche sites or minisites are good to flip (more specialized so there's less competition).

Yeah you could put affilate links, maybe even cookie stuff it (Obv remove the code when your sell the site), but tech niches do have a high rate of people buying stuff from Amazon etc.

You should jam pack your blog with articles, even old-articles with old-dates, to make the blog look older, when it's first being made, take off adsence and autosurf the month you wanna sell it, to boost up your traffic.

    Uhmmm, that's about it really.

How much would you make if you sold a blog with 200+ posts?

I would say that you look into a book called "Flip Idol". It is pretty good and is more of a detailed step by step kind of thing. It is in the downloads section (i think).

    As for your questions:

    1. you have plenty of perfect answers for this already. Don't aim for something too generic unless you have a killer domain and an even better site.
    2. The maximum number of posts you have the better it is. Most buyers ask for the number of indexed pages as well so keep that in mind.

    3. Put your affilaite links and other ads as much as you can. Milk it while you still have it.
    4. Some other methods would be to add gateways. you can increase the traffic stats using free traffic exchange programs that are listed all over bhw.

This should be good enough for the time being. all the very best.

Ebay Pulse provides a lot of good information on what gadgets are currently in demand.

Here is a quick outline for flipping 5 blogs over a 3 month period.

    1. Buy 5 good niche-targetted domains (a good name is key)
    2. Set up Wordpress on all 5 blogs, each on a separate account on reseller hosting
    3. Set up the proper SEO and bookmarking plugins on the blogs.
    4. Hire someone to make unique header graphics for all 5 blogs (cheap)
    5. Over the next 80-90 days, write at least 1 article per blog per day, including images, video, and any other media as often as possible.
    6. Also, over the next 80-90 days, make at least 2 comments per blog (10 comments per day) on other blogs in the same niche.
    7. At the end of the 90 days, if you play your cards right, you can sell each of these blogs for up to 1,000 a piece, though the price really depends on the quality of the posts and the niche they are in.

That system is completely whitehat, you could boost your alexa if you want to put a blackhat twist on it.

    Good Luck.

It takes less than an hour a day to write the articles and post the comments for all 5 blogs.
    5,000/90 = ~55.55

If you really wanted to spend all your time making the blogs, you could be maintaining 40 blogs at a time. Do the math on that :)
