So I want to build a blog network for myself/my clients.
The problem is I can't find any good/old/authority domains for my country - only english com/net/info stuff.

    My questions are:

    1. is there any source for finding expiring domains except the "enghlish" ones - for example .es/.fr/.it ... ?
    2. if I can't find my country domains is it ok to buy "www.englishkeyword.com" domains to work with non-english content and linking to non-english websites ?

To answer #2, yes, absolutely. .com is still a highly viable domain, no matter what country you're in. Having a country-specific domain is preferable, but you can't really go wrong with a .com domain name.

To answer #1 - Godaddy has auction and you can search/buy expiring domains. And they are cheap. :)

It's best to keep the network in the same language. If you use expireddomains.net they have a filter for different languages. They don't have a ton of country-TLDs but they have plenty of .com/.org/.net in other languages.
