    Hi,
A few months ago I started providing SEO for local businesses in my area. I was wondering what systems other people use to provide regular reports to new and existing clients? Ideally badged reports that can have my business logo on them would be best.

What I do with new leads is provide free reports (e.g. an Onsite SEO Audit, Competitor Analysis, Keyword advice) and then if lead converts to customer I request payment upfront. So to do that I establish some trust with them and these reports help a lot with that. I've been creating the reports manually using data obtained from different sources like Market samarui, Google Keyword Tool etc., but I'd like to know what other people use or would recommend for their pre-sale and ongoing monthly reports?

Spyfu Recon looks like it would do the job but asfaik it doesnt service .au domains.
Advanced Web Reporting might be useful.

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated?

    Thankyou.

I think Internet Business Promoter (IBP) can do this. You can add custom logos etc. in it as well.

I also think IPB is the best but in case you are using a MAC like a do you could try, WebSite Auditor from SEO Power Suite ...

Unless clients specifically request detailed reports, I do a bare minimum.
The exception to this is very extensive research in the beginning.

Telephone 2x a month, not always with the same person.
Fuck crazy 12 page reports, and colourful graphs.

Make sure you're delivering what they wanted in the first place, which is likely more customers/prospect and more $ per customer.

Focus on whatever you need to do to get more leads/sales/whatever.
Help them improve their customer follow-up and conversion process.

Raventools + GA dashboards on auto-email will handle most reporting issues.
If you need better data, 'Advanced web ranking' or SEOmoz should cover you.
AWR can do detailed custom reports.

Make sure you get local proxies/vps, or are hitting the appropriate datacenter for your rankings too.

    SIMPLER REPORTING = BETTER.
    1-2 pages is ideal.

Do you understand your hospital charts ? No.
We have professionals for that, act the same way.
