Troubles in RSS Programs (what's wrong)?

hi again Forum members,

Well i use to promote

Traffic Booster Pro RSS and RSS Submit

Here are the troubles is see using them

1- Traffic Booster Pro only 40 RSS Sources to submit (not really big traffic)
2- RSS Submit 56 RSS Sources to submit look better traffic and have only to put my page online (in traffic booster you have to give more infos)

The trouble with RSS Sources sometime block all like vlc firefox (if i use "more or less 3 RSS Submit" same time is it normal ?)

Have you got the same troubles please
