trouble with blogger timer normal ?

hi good morning favourite black hat world,

get a little trouble here online

exemple ig i make a blog in blogger and tell exemple
1 message in different time i can see them now ???

exemple it's 10 pm and i post a message to be online at 11 pm
i can see it now ?????

why normally when i use others blogs with differents hours i cna not see my message.

and it's crazy more i make messages more i have visits, but i can not follow, can not be 24/24 per day online, and if thew timer do not work i do not know how i can do it.

Please may someone help me please.
