Tricky Backlink SEO question...Check if you know the answer!

This is my Question:

I am selling a Product Through Clickbank.

I plan to ask teach my affiliates to create blogs and link to my site with the clickbank hop link...

My Question is....Will my site get link juice and rank higher in the process if it is linked from other sites using the Clikbank Hop-link .

I was having a look at the site of one of the products I'm promoted and curious to see where this product was being talked about, had a look at the backlinks through YSE.

There were quite a number of backlinks coming from affiliate sites, however the link had to be merchantsite.com/hop= in order for it to count. If the links were the newer code.clickbank.net then it didn't get included.

It's important to note that a lot of affiliates will use a redirect i.e. with a plugin like gocodes so you probably wont get any benefit there, also many affiliates will use a nofollow tag or write it in javascript in an attempt to stop Google following.
