Trick to access account?

Hello,

Before I used to log in into accounts (from different IP) so instagram was asking me to verify (by email or sms), always I was relogging and it work (logging in without verify), but now when I try this I get error 404.

is that just for my IP or for all?

I think it's for all because when I log into a web based bOT that I use, instagram asks me to verify via SMS because they detectva new/unusual IP.
