The last week I have been sending money from the stealth paypal to a relocated friend's legit paypal. He then sends the money to my legit paypal, this is working for now, but it doubles up on paypal fees.
So what would you guys say is the best way to get money from a stealth paypal to an legit paypal?

Why not use the masspayment option? You would only lose $1 as tax for a transaction.

one trick is use freelance / programmer sites. Any site that let's you post a project and let ppl bid on it. You then create a both poster and programmer accounts and transfer the money through the website. Impossible for paypal to find out , there is a good guide about this method somewhere on this forum. One thing though , you still gotta deal with some fees , but it's untraceable if you do it right

and you think this is safe?
just do it once more and report back here with the result...

instead you can try out what exXtr@ posted above, this is my all time favorite "money laundering" technique :)

"You are not allowed to send mass payments."

MY paypal is verified and a Premier paypal. so I'm not sure why this would happen

It would just be treated like any other transaction.

You are send from Stealth to Your friends = - $1
From your friends to yours = -$1

So you can get it right in your hand at losing $2. If you send it the usual way, it would be like $4 for every $100. And 2 transactions will sum up to $8 for every $100.
