Transfering blog to website with no SEO harm?

Hi there.
I have this well established blog.
Its a year old but have 100% unique content.
It has just like XX visits a day but is being quoted around web like a crazy...

What I need to do now - I want to transfer this blog from blog s p o t to my domain. Domain have different name - its just something like consolidation.
Now, because this blog has 15K nice backlinks and website only 4K I am wondering how to move this blog without any harm to SEO?

I cannot leave it alone as there is no time to take care of it on its own, and there is no way of selling it...

Any constructive ideas???

try a 301 redirect. i am not sure if it works for blogger blogs though
