transcription service/software?

I need to create some reports from audios that I'm recording, what's the quickest/cheapest way to get them transcribed?

Does Dragon Naturally speaking do this? I thought i read in here somewhere that there are services that will allow you to upload your audio and it will be returned in 24 hours but I did a search and couldn't find the thread.

Dragon naturally speaking does have a transcription tool. It's extremely fast and easy to get used to as well. I use it all the time.
