    Hey there,
I am fairly successful locally in the field of IM and I have begun the process of getting a lecture/class series set up near where I live where I am going to be teaching a series of classes regarding online marketing, pinterest marketing, etc and then my hope is to somehow within the class structure work in how 'I'm an affordable alternative to doing this yourself...' etc so that I essentially turn the classes (which will be very informative) also into opportunities to sell my services to students of the courses who may be too lazy to go home and do the work for themselves. I know a few people on the board do these sorts of things, but I am at a loss as to how to search for this exactly. I am interested in finding out if anyone has any tips from personal experience regarding these types of seminars that become also service sales, etc. Thanks!

I don't know about advertising your business during the class, seems unprofessional maybe as an introduction of yourself you can mention it and describe what you do. Especially if these are classes you have to pay to attend, people are paying to learn not to find a business to do this for them, that's how I see it anyway.

Well the idea is I am not blatantly advertising within the classes, but putting it out there somehow smoother that the people who are too lazy/busy to do this themselves can just hire my services. I am interested in people who do in person seminars frequently and how they go about putting out a pitch without attacking people or seeming like a sale.
