TRAI in india virtually gives a blow job to spammer

Telecom regulator authority of india, earlier asked Indian user about their view on net neutrality, and after receiving 1 Million plus response they publshed all responses with 1 million email address clearly visible. just imagine the cost of these mail id for a email marketere will pay to a spammer.

Got hold of the pdf file earlier today... harvested nearly 12k email ids then i stopped.

Unfortunately the pdf page shows this webpage is not available now.

I had tried to view it few hours ago but couldn't load it, probably they're on some stupid shared hosting which exceeded the bandwidth limit

Chrome opened it in a new tab, and now its gone for good i think or as said above bandwidth exceeded. People on twitter already angry as we can see.
