Driver license. What about if you are a business with many employees and a duns number and business credit profile. Do they treat businesses the same way as sole propetiers.

if i am promoting cpa offer email submit from copeac which says only search traffic alloved is it ok to promote with contextual adonnetwork.com or some other similar site.

adonnetwork minimum is 50$ I belive.

just route the traffic through you domain or blank the referrer.

Yesterday, I've register to become an advertiser with TV.
TV come back to me with email and ask me:
1. How did you hear about Trafficvance?
2. Are you aware of the $1000.00 minimum deposit?
3. Where is your business located?
4. Are you an affiliate or do you own offers?
5. Do you have a company website?
How my answer would be, especially for Question 3,4 and 5?
Q3 --> Can I say, my business located in (where I live now)?
Q4 --> If my answer is affiliate, what is the next question that he's going to ask?
Q5 --> Since I'm an affiliate, I believe I shouldn't have company website. I only have a normal website (WP), and NOT my company website. Do you think TV will happy with my answer for this?
Since there's not much PPV company on the market, so I don't want my application to get declined. I would like to go deeper with PPV.
If someone can help me with this, it would be much appreciated.

I should be honest with them, they are not really tough questions. So did you get a referrer? They were more interested in who referred me to them, and the $1000 plus copies of credit card & passport/id.

They ask for $1,000 minimum deposit if you are affiliate and you must have affiliate marketer endorse you to meet requirement. I think is SUCK. They will lose market share to MediaTraffic, Zango or Adonnetwork due to silly requirement if you are new to PPV and you don't have currently advertiser to endorse you.
I send email back to them and hopefully they will success with their business if they ask too much requirement. I will use Media Traffic and Zango instead of Traffic Vance to avoid future headache.
